At Sundance, we're proud to carry beautiful pottery pieces from talented artisans. Our Corrine Stoneware collection is crafted of raw materials from France with an intriguing combination of glazed and unglazed clay creating a rustically refined look and an alluring French country feel.

The Manufacture de Digoin was founded in 1875 along the central canal in Burgundy. Ever since, they have been making elegant, simple, and practical stoneware.

The men and women at Manufacture de Digoin share a true love for the craft. Every piece is shaped and glazed by hand, and each is unique. The clay is sourced from natural French materials, and is prepared entirely inside the manufacturer’s workshops. The pieces are fired at extremely high temperatures (2282° F), stabilizing the glaze and making them both durable and non-porous. Their impermeability means odors cannot seep in, making the pieces ideal for cooking and storing food.

The MD 1875 Collection features traditional quality that draws on the Manufacture de Digoin’s rich heritage, but have been re-designed for the modern home. Each has its own eclectic personality, yet all have the same durable qualities that make them so practical for everyday use.
